Needle Roller Bearings

A needle roller bearing is a bearing which uses small cylindrical roller. A needle bearing has a large surface area that is in contact with the bearing outer surfaces. Additionally there is less added clearance so they are much more compact.

Needle Roller Cage Assemblies

Needle roller cage assemblies provide rolling bearing arrangements with high accuracy, load carrying capacity and rigidity with very low radial section height. The shafts and housings bores must, however, be suitable as raceways.

Draw Cup Needle Roller Bearings

Drawn cup needle roller bearings with open and closed ends are needle roller bearings with extremely small radial section height. This design of bearing consists of a thin walled cold-formed outer ring and a needle roller cage assembly which together form a bearing unit.

Needle Roller Bearings

Needle roller bearings are rolling bearings that have a very high load carrying capacity with very small section height. They are available with or without an inner ring. The needle rollers are held guided parallel to the axis by a dimensionally stable cage.

Self-Aligning Needle Roller Bearing

The outer ring in an aligning needle roller bearing has a spherical outside surface. It can align its self in a drawn cup and is supported by two plastic rings. This allows the bearing axis to compensate for an angular misalignment of up to a maximum of 3 degrees.

Yoke Type Track Rollers

Track roller can be used in many fields of application, particularly as pressure rollers, eccentric rollers or rocker arm rollers as well as for simple linear guidance.
